AUGUST 5
♦ Tauvea Malik Davis, 18, of Beckley, W.Va., charged with possession of a stolen firearm.
♦ Ishmel Elijah Prince, 21, of 10th Avenue, New York, N.Y., charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and a misdemeanor drug offense.
AUGUST 7
♦ El Amin, 54, of University East, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen property and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Patrick Alan Knittel, 55, of Forest Walk Way, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation.
♦ Nathaniel Rorie III, 35, of Amity Pointe Road, Charlotte, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.
AUGUST 9
♦ Michael Steven Sanney, 28, of Conductor Lane, Mooresville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ Latif Rauf Sattar, 26, of Farmers Folly Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
AUGUST 10
♦ Travis Frederick Castro, 23, of Culp Street, Mooresville, charged with credit card fraud, breaking or entering, and obtaining property by false pretense.
♦ Jason Asbury Robinson, 37, of Rocky Knoll Court, Denver, charged with financial transaction card theft, credit card fraud and attempted breaking or entering.
♦ Brenda Michaela Ann Smith, 23, of N. Maple Street, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation.
AUGUST 11
♦ Jaleel Marquise Phifer, 23, of Colonial Ridge Circle, Mooresville, charged with two counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.
AUGUST 12
♦ Santos Miguel Aguirre, 38, of Rex Lane, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretense and attempted obtaining property by false pretense.
♦ Robert Clifton Brown Jr., 33, of Barossa Valley Drive NW, Concord, charged with obtaining property by false pretense.
♦ Chelsea Nicole Perry, 29, of Sandy Glen Court, Charlotte, charged with larceny.
AUGUST 13
♦ Caleb Tony Allison, 19, of Cascade Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Timothy Wayne Turner, 44, of Briarhill Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering, and larceny after breaking or entering.
AUGUST 14
♦ Vincente Aguilar Martinez, 32, of Blue Jay Lane, Charlotte, charged with larceny.
♦ Jessica Cheyenne Nichols, 18, of Selma Drive, Mooresville, charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery.
AUGUST 15
♦ Erwin Randal Davidson Jr., 32, of Wedgedale Avenue, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
AUGUST 19
♦ John Brandon Thompson, 35, of Beracah Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen property, two counts of breaking or entering, speeding to elude arrest, fail to return a hired motor vehicle, misdemeanor injury to personal property, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
AUGUST 20
♦ Eric Maurice Byers, 51, of Mock Road, Davidson, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Phillip William Kiser, 42, of Rocky River Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
AUGUST 21
♦ Joshua Albert Brown, 38, of Laura Road, Mooresville, charged with larceny.
AUGUST 22
♦ Jennifer Elizabeth Hansbrough, 37, of E. Catawba Avenue, Mooresville, charged with conspiracy to obtain property by false pretense and aid and abet larceny.
♦ Joseph Ephraim Killian, 37, of E. Catawba Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of stolen property, attempted obtaining property by false pretense, and conspiracy to obtain property by false pretense.
