Special to IFN
Planning is underway for the 10th Annual Full Bloom Film Festival, which will return to Downtown Statesville on September 11-13.
The Full Bloom Film Festival (FBFF) continues to bring independent cinema to the heart of Iredell County with three days of dynamic films, filmmaker round tables, community partnerships, and unique special events designed to honor a decade of storytelling.
“We are thrilled to celebrate 10 years of Full Bloom,” said Charles Ashe, Full Bloom Film Festival Board chair. “This year’s festival will feature some exciting new touches, including special anniversary programming, expanded community partnerships, and creative ways to honor the filmmakers and audiences who’ve helped us grow.”
Presented by the Iredell Arts Council, FBFF is the only international film festival in Iredell County and has become a regional highlight for cinephiles, creatives, and culture lovers. The festival showcases films from around the world while maintaining a welcoming, small-town atmosphere.
Submissions for the 2025 festival remain open, and the full lineup of films will be announced in August.
