The Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce and the Business Advocacy Committee have released videos of candidate interviews for the 2025 Statesville Municipal Races.
These sessions were moderated by Beth Packman, co-president of the Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce.
All candidates facing opposition in their respective races were extended invitations to participate in these interviews. Some candidates were not available.
The candidates were not furnished with the questions beforehand, ensuring a level playing field and mirroring the dynamics of a live forum. The candidates were asked to introduce themselves, explain why they are running, and then answer four questions related to the City of Statesville and topics they could face if they are elected.
