Horizon Church in Statesville hosted area pastor and author Michael Maffucci to speak about his recent book, “Submission and Authority: God’s Design for Order,” on June 22 and June 25.

The book, which is available in stores and online, was published in February by Christian Faith Publishing. Within the book, Maffucci assures readers: “The precepts in my book give readers all they need to have order and God’s blessing in their lives.”
