Iredell-Statesville Schools assistant principals Dina Spataro and Stephanie Harris recently completed the Future Ready Leadership (FRL) program.

FRL is a year-long leadership development program for practicing assistant principals from all regions of the state. The program is designed and provided by the North Carolina Principals and Assistant Principal’s Association and sponsored by the North Carolina Alliance for School Leadership Development.

Spataro is the assistant principal of Coddle Creek Elementary, an IB World School and was recently named I-SS Assistant Principal of the Year. Harris is the assistant principal of The Brawley School.
