The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

DECEMBER 18
♦ Kenneth Ty Parent, 29, of Family Circle, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and conspiracy.

DECEMBER 19
♦ Brent Lynn Francis, 54, of Gina Lane, Graham, charged with 12 counts of stalking and 15 counts of violation of a domestic violence protection order.

♦ Geoffrey Alan Mayo, 31, of no fixed address charged with sex offender at or near child premises.

DECEMBER 20
♦ Danny James Byrd, 39, of Briar Creek Drive, Advance, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

♦ Joseph Clayton Thornton, 23, of Carl Austin Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

DECEMBER 21
♦ Leon Develda Caldwell, 66, of no fixed address charged with sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change.

♦ Steven Lee Caskey, 47, of no fixed address charged with possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Richard Adrian Moody, 54, of Happy Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor assault on a government official, alter or destroy evidence of criminal conduct, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Crystal June Lambert Sims, 45, of Ashley Brook Lane, Statesville, charged with domestic violence protection order violation.

♦ Devon Christopher Weiss, 26, of Will Wilson Lane, Taylorsville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and possession of stolen goods.

DECEMBER 23
♦ Bobby Lee Davis, 41, of Avondale Road, Lowell, charged with larceny, habitual larceny, and three counts of larceny of a motor vehicle.

♦ Gregory David Evans, 54, of Log Cabin Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Shawn St. Clair Johnson, 46, of Branson Drive, Olin, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ Michael Shane McGinty, 50, of Park Drive, Statesville, charged with sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change and sex offender at or near child premises.

♦ Tabitha Elizabeth Vain, 42, of Sullivan Road, Statesville, charged with sex offender residence limitation violation and parole violation.

DECEMBER 25
♦ Terry Jackson Bennett, 34, of Orchard Trace Lane, Charlotte, charged with malicious conduct by prisoner.

♦ Arthur Lee Oxendale, 53, of Arborgate Loop, Statesville, charged with possession with two counts of intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
