The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JUNE 6
♦ Kira Holly James, 43, of Fairdale Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

♦ James William Smith, 48, of Fairdale Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance, four counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

JUNE 7
♦ Bridgette Shane Beaver, 36, of Midway Road, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering and conspiracy.

♦ Michael Peter Lavoie, 47, of Hill Crest, Mooresville, charged with domestic violence protection order violation.

♦ Constance Marie Mercado, 32, of Ninth Street SE, Conover, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor trespass.

♦ Jonathon Montreal O’Fair, 45, of Glenview Court, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Shawn Burton Ramsey, 31, of 21st Street Drive SE, Hickory, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JUNE 9
♦ Bobby Dewhit Chambers Sr., 58, of Fayetteville Avenue, Statesville, charged with sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change.

♦ Michael Emory Goodenow Jr., 48, of Trumpet Branch Road, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor assault, and misdemeanor domestic violence.

♦ Michael Franklin Wright Jr., 39, of Sandburg Road, Union Grove, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to sell or deliver controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JUNE 10
♦ Brandon Samir Adams, 18, of Lakeview Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering and conspiracy.

♦ Kelley Lamont Allison Jr., 33, of Cline Street, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun.

♦ Amber Marie Dalton McCoy, 27, of Myers Drive, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

JUNE 11
♦ Delilah Mae Barnette, 37, of Featheredge Drive, Burnsville, charged with larceny.

♦ Adam James Costello, 44, of Della Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Michael William Incardona, 42, of School Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of trafficking heroin, three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JUNE 12
♦ Sarah Faith Davis, 28, of Grey Road, Mecklenburg, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and four misdemeanor drug offenses.

JUNE 13
♦ Ricky David Chagnon II, 36, of Chestnut Lane, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Mary Marie Roberts, 40, of Austin Traphill Road, Elkin, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, three misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor harboring a fugitive.

♦ Travis Toivo Walls, 33, of Fernwood Drive, Monroe, Mich., charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen motor vehicle, two counts of felony conspiracy, three counts of misdemeanor larceny and two counts of misdemeanor conspiracy.
