The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 19
♦ Joshua Daniel Cook, 43, of Oates Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a weapon on state property and in courthouse, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor injury to real property.

♦ Matthew Daniel Floyd, 19, of Washington Lane, Catawba, charged with first-degree statutory sex offense and indecent liberties with children.

♦ Judy Gaither Nesbit, 62, of Susannah Street, Troutman, charged with harboring or aiding an escapee.

SEPTEMBER 21
♦ Emma Jane Babcock, 34, of Greenland Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.

♦ Chrishun Taviun Love, 27, of Horn Lake, Miss., charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Stacey Gitania McKinney, 40, of West McNeely Avenue, Mooresville, charged with four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

SEPTEMBER 23
Anthony Dominic Foy Jr., 39, of no fixed address charged with sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change.

♦ Jazmin Marie Webb, 31, of Ginger Lane, Mooresville, charged with trafficking heroin, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.

SEPTEMBER 24
Michael James Bulkley, 48, of Eufola Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Crystal Rittenberry Stewart, 46, of Peterborough Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

SEPTEMBER 25
Sandra Dennison, 50, of Whites Farm Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of alter or destroy evidence criminal conduct, misdemeanor making a false report to law enforcement and misdemeanor misuse of 911 system.

SEPTEMBER 26
John Lewis Chambers, 42, of Younger Avenue, Statesville, was served with a felony indictment.

♦ Douglas Louis Foster Jr., 38, of Suncrest Avenue, Statesville, charged with uttering a forged instrument, forgery and obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Timothy Daniel Lytton, 45, of S. Greenbriar Road, Statesville, charged with sex offender fail to register with sheriff.

♦ Max Ralston James Jr., 63, of Tabor Road, Olin, was served with a felony indictment.
