The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 27
♦ Crystal Juaquava Cook, 40, of E. Lackey Farm Road, Stony Point, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Timothy Daniel Lytton, 45, of Greenbriar Road, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Shana Marie Vickous, 34, of Ostwalt Amity Road, Cleveland, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, conspiracy and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods.

♦ Jacob Wayne Warren, 33, of Ostwalt Amity Road, Cleveland, charged with possession of stolen goods and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

SEPTEMBER 28
♦ Tiffany Ann Disckerson, 36, of Springbranch Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, five misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

SEPTEMBER 29
♦ Jose Miguel Guerrero-Caja, 20, of Sweetwater Drive, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering, and misdemeanor intoxicated and disruptive.

♦ Stephanie Ann Poarch, 37, of Blue Sky Court, Mooresville, charged with larceny, uttering a forged instrument, forgery of securities and identity theft.

SEPTEMBER 30
♦ Daniel Eduardo Alejandro, 42, of Synandra Drive, Mooresville, charged with three counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Breanna Paige Connolly, 25, of Trinity Road, Statesville, charged with identity theft, taking a financial transaction card and two counts of felony probation violation.

♦ Kyle Robert Crill, 36, of Wilkesboro Highway, Statesville, charged with three counts of intentional child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury.

♦ Lora Lee Estes, 30, of Pony Run Lane, Statesville, charged with three counts of intentional child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury.

♦ Johnny Garlin Helms, 67, of Ashley Brook Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Arlena Ann Ritchie, 30, of Muddy Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Jerry Lynn Roberts Rollings, 45, of Southway Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Todd Eli Smith, 43, of Cheryls Pass Circle, Statesville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

OCTOBER 1
♦ Dustin Shane bates, 37, of Trailway Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of fail to register as a sex offender.

♦ Gary Scott Campbell, 62, of Airport Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Tahira Kai Gordon, 50, of Amity Hill Road, Cleveland, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and larceny by employee.

♦ Sidney Corey Kirkland, 43, of Bollick Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Richard Keith Seymore, 57, of Bristol Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Donald Kent Sifford II, 29, of Old Timer Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Travis Mackenzie Sifford, 37, of Arey Road, Statesville, charged with discharging a firearm into occupied property, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, three counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property, misdemeanor vandalism to real property and misdemeanor discharging a firearm in city limits.

OCTOBER 2
♦ Christopher Michael Colborne, 28, of Barriere Circle, Statesville, charged with sex offender fail to notify sheriff of change of address.

♦ Savonna Cheriece Everett, 20, of Knox Street, Cleveland, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Joseph James Morrison, 32, of Plank Barn Lane, Stony Point, charged with possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
