Iredell County Parks & Recreation invites the community to participate in two family-friendly events:

County Campout

May 23-24

Details: Start your summer with an unforgettable overnight camping experience at Ebert Field at Stumpy Creek Park. Enjoy a movie under the stars, popcorn, s’mores, a morning walk, and a complimentary breakfast. Participants are responsible for their own dinner, but a food truck will be available onsite. All ages are welcome. Participants 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older.

Location: 160 Stumpy Creek Rd, Mooresville, NC

Time: Check-in begins at 6 p.m. Movie starts at sunset

Registration: Pre-registration is required to ensure an accurate breakfast headcount. Register on our website or call 704-878-3103. All attendees will receive a swim pass for the Iredell County Recreation Center Pool for Memorial Day weekend!

Summer Splash Kickoff

May 30

Details: Join us for the launch of the Summer Splash Series with a Luau-themed event. Enjoy food trucks, shaved ice, music, water bouncers, the recreation center pool, and more! Food is available for purchase

Time: 5 to 8 p.m.

Location: Iredell County Recreation Center

Cost: $3 per person for pool access (Pre-registration required)
