North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Allison Riggs will deliver the keynote address at the Iredell County Democratic Party’s 2025 Kennedy Carter Dinner on Friday, October 3. The event will be held at 6 p.m. at the Statesville Civic Center.

This year’s program, themed “Defending Democracy, Delivering Progress,” will also feature North Carolina Democratic Party Chair Anderson Clayton and a municipal candidate mingle. A barbecue supper is included with each ticket.

“We’re honored to welcome Justice Riggs and Chair Clayton as we gather to celebrate our shared commitment to protecting democratic values and advancing progress across North Carolina,” said Beth Kendall, chair of the Iredell County Democratic Party.
