Veteran attorney and decorated military officer continues storied legal career

Alex Mendaloff, a distinguished Iredell County attorney, has joined the firm of Parker, Parker & Pittman in an Of Counsel capacity. With over 50 years of combined experience in law enforcement, the judiciary, private law practice and military service, Mendaloff brings unparalleled depth and perspective to the firm’s legal team.
A former Superior Court judge and retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, Mendaloff has served as a military police officer, magistrate, attorney and judge. He currently serves as a commissioner for the N.C. Military and Veterans Affairs Commission as the 10th Congressional District representative. His career spans local, state, and federal service, including a year of combat duty in Iraq and, upon returning home, leadership in the Army Trial Defense Service as the state’s first senior defense counsel.
Mendaloff, in his new role at Parker, Parker & Pittman, is available to clients for consultation and continues to serve the legal needs of the community.
