In the Miss Statesville Teen competition, Isabella DiFiore was chosen by the judges as the winner from a field of seven contestants.
DiFiore sang the aria “Art is Calling for Me” on her way to claiming the talent award.
The teens also competed in onstage question, fitness, and evening wear categories.
The first runner-up in the teen division was Adriana Lamby with Emily Hippensteel claiming second runner-up.
Miss Statesville and Mis Teen Statesville contestants also participated in a private interview with the panel of judges before the onstage portion of the pageant.
In June, Potts and DiFiore will join other young women representing their communities from across the state as they compete in the Miss North Carolina and Miss North Carolina Teen Pageant to be held in High Point from June 24-28.
