The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

AUGUST 17
♦ Jamal Jean Frantzsisc Leger, 20, of Avalon Reserve Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Danielle F. Sebastian, 44, of Sharpe Road, Mint Hill, charged with sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, a misdemeanor drug offense and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

AUGUST 19
♦ Kevin Hernandez Diaz, 23, of Litewood Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance.

AUGUST 20
♦ Juan Jose Breton Jr., 30, of Agape Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor domestic violence, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Daryl Joseph Petersen, 35, of Lambeth Drive, Charlotte, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor assault on a female.

AUGUST 21
♦ Marquis Jerell Feaster, 41, of Dalton Drive, Mooresville, charged with felony child abuse and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

♦ Christal Shi Gibson, 38, of Dalton Drive, Mooresville, charged with felony child abuse and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

AUGUST 22
♦ Richard Rondre Squire Jr., 37, of U.S. Hwy 301, Pleasant Hill, charged with two counts of trafficking in cocaine, two counts of sell a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor carry a concealed weapon.

AUGUST 23
♦ Solomon Nasaun Hart, 21, of Balsam Tree Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, conspiracy and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Vernon Jacob McGraw Jr., 43, of Tammy Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Jean-Patrick Koffi Oula, 22, of McKnight Mill Road, Greensboro, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, three counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, three counts of alter or destroy evidence and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Kenny Aaron Talley, 39, of Bringle Ferry Road, Salisbury, charged with possession of a controlled substance at or near a school by a person age 21 or older.

AUGUST 26
♦ Christian Isaiah Alexander, 22, of Oak Street, Mooresville, charged with obtain property by false pretenses.

AUGUST 29
♦ Demarae Tyrell Campbell, 30, of Spencer Avenue, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor assault on a female.
