The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
DECEMBER 1
♦ Marshall Alexander Jr., 39, of McIntyre Ridge Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, manufacturing a schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor child abuse and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ John Abram Mork, 46, of Pond View Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
DECEMBER 2
♦ Freddy Emmanuel Barahona, 22, of Horton Road, Durham, charged with five counts of first-degree forcible sex offense and five counts of indecent liberties with children.
DECEMBER 3
♦ Tanya Renee Follrod, 31, of Old Mountain Road, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
DECEMBER 4
♦ Soverria Denise Davis, 20, of Woodthrush Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny, conspiracy and aid and abet larceny.
♦ Amillian Deasia Wilson, 21, of Sienna Heights Place, Charlotte, charged with larceny and conspiracy.
DECEMBER 5
♦ Thiago Larsson Bedon, 19, of Mott Road, Mooresville, charged with three counts of larceny, two counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and misdemeanor shoplifting.
♦ Jason Lynn Evans, 47, of Marys Road, Laurinburg, charged with sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy, larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 6
♦ Malcom James Atterholt, 20, of Sherman Oaks Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Wayne Graham Jr., 26, of N. McPhatter Road, Red Springs, charged with conspiracy, larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Cynthia McWhirter Larsen, 65, of Eisenhower Lane, Lake Park, charged with conspiracy and larceny.
♦ Gena Leanne Martin, 44, of Rinehardt Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Crystal Tonyetta Primus, 41, of Gaynelle Drive, Charlotte, charged with larceny, conspiracy, aid and abet larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 7
♦ Alvaro Andres Arana-Gonzalez, 45, of Stanton Lane, Mooresville, charged with kidnapping and misdemeanor interfering with emergency communications.
♦ Lance Marquise Moore, 33, of Deep Rock, Charlotte, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, habitual larceny, four counts of misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor conspiracy, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Carl Thomas Peake, 35, of Dooley Road, Cleveland, charged with being a fugitive from justice, larceny, probation violation, misdemeanor conspiracy, three counts of misdemeanor larceny and two counts of misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Antonio Shanadra Poe, 41, of Azure Valley Place, Charlotte, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor domestic violence.
DECEMBER 9
♦ Phoenix Michael Turner, 18, of Plank Barn Lane, Stony Point, charged with second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
DECEMBER 11
♦ Dwayne Pernell Allgood Jr., 23, of Grafham Circle, Huntersville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.
♦ Stephen Julius Bowman, 42, of Argyle Place, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ Chelsea Marie Johnson, 32, of E. Sprague Street, Winston-Salem, charged with being a fugitive from justice, larceny, alter or destroy a stolen motor vehicle part, misdemeanor injury to personal property and misdemeanor cyberstalking.
♦ David Lee McKenith Jr., 30, of Halton Park Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
DECEMBER 12
♦ Colby Payne Sanders, 25, of Nautique Boulevard, Cornelius, charged with assault by strangulation.
DECEMBER 13
♦ Israel Hernandez Chavez, 56, of Red Tip Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor DWI and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Bobby Lee Davis, 41, of Woodlawn Street, Belmont, charged with breaking or entering a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 15
♦ Genesis Alicejean Phifer, 19, of Trailway Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of malicious conduct by prisoner, assault on emergency personnel, two counts of misdemeanor assault on government official or employee and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Lance Gabriel Sigmon, 48, of Autumn Mist Road, Statesville, charged with financial transaction card theft and financial card fraud.
