The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
JULY 1
♦ Mark Deric Johnson, 63, of Knox Road, Ridgecrest, charged with two counts of larceny, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, misdemeanor aid and abet larceny, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor conspiracy.
JULY 2
♦ Jobe Baba, 23, of Waterlyn Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of a stolen firearm, two misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor carry a concealed weapon.
♦ Giovani J. Lopes, 27, of Atrium Way, Matthews, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for sale or use of controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor reckless driving with wanton disregard.
JULY 3
♦ Yanet Floyd, 36, of Colville Road, Mooresville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ Harrison Pruitt Osborne, 35, of Stacybrook Drive SE, Concord, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and five misdemeanor drug offenses.
JULY 5
♦ Janika Santara Clement, 28, of Blue Spruce Lane, Cleveland, charged with aid and abet armed robbery, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, three misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
JULY 6
♦ Kevin Lee Blow, 55, of Aston Lane, Virginia Beach, Va., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, two counts of larceny, misdemeanor communicating threats, misdemeanor cyberstalking and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JULY 7
♦ Christopher Jermychel Berryman, 30, of Carlyle Road, Troutman, charged with 54 counts of probation violation, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and driving while license revoked.
♦ Marquis Patrell Little, 31, of Lambeth Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and use of a fictitious or altered registration card or tag.
♦ Eric Duane Welch, 24, of E. Lowrance Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor DWI.
JULY 8
♦ William Eric Clark, 42, of Short Road, Hickory, charged with habitual larceny and larceny.
♦ Zapata Jose Munoz, 31, of Eagle Peak Drive, Charlotte, charged with hit and run resulting in injury or death, misdemeanor reckless driving with want disregard, driving while license revoked and misdemeanor failure to reduce speed.
JULY 9
♦ Danah Neddal Al Sadat, 34, of Nile Circle, Mooresville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.
♦ David Lopez Rodriguez, 45, of Main Street, Mooresville, charged with armed robbery.
♦ Rudy Eduardo Juarez Soto, 29, of Springtime Lane, Mooresville, charged with armed robbery, larceny, two counts of misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor driving while license revoked.
JULY 11
♦ Michael David Edwards, 41, of Ervin Cook Road, Huntersville, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Jaretzy Zinahi Castillo Macias, 19, of Dunnell Road, Mooresville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury, misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor child abuse and misdemeanor assault attempting serious injury when a minor is present.
JULY 12
♦ Zackarriah Cameon Banks, 20, of Daniel Road, Mocksville, charged with armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, misdemeanor discharging a firearm in city limits, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, misdemeanor speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor conspiracy and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
JULY 13
♦ Nathan Estrada Anacleto, 24, of Kepley Road, Lexington, charged with larceny from a merchant, common law conspiracy and misdemeanor shoplifting.
JULY 15
♦ Daniel Dunteman, 36, of Garnette Place, Charlotte, charged with indecent liberties with a child.
♦ Horvik Eduardo Mendoza, 30, of Shinnville Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and possession of a controlled substance.
