The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

JUNE 16
♦ Malcolm James Atterholt, 20, of Mallardwood Drive, Mount Ulla, charged with felony speeding to elude arrest.

JUNE 20
♦ Timothy Warren Horn, 27, of Faith Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

JUNE 22
♦ Christa Lewis Clark, 22, of Sterling Bay Lane, Cornelius, charged with two counts possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JUNE 23
♦ Mark Blanchard Buffaloe, 58, of Long House Lane, Indian Land, S.C., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Michael John Teaster, 49, of Elk Lane, Banner Elk, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

JUNE 26
♦ David Bernard Perry, 28, of Hidden Forest Drive, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen property, possession of a stolen vehicle, alter or destroy stolen motor vehicle parts and possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Troy Lee Waters, 59, of Paradise Penn Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JUNE 28
♦ Fredy Isaac Alfaro, 39, of Rosewood Lane, Mooresville, charged with indecent liberties with a child.

JUNE 29
♦ Katrina Marie Roseberry, 31, of Tennant Lane, Mooresville, charged with three counts of embezzlement by an employee.

♦ Bryan Wade Yoder, 19, of Mayhew Park Lane, Mooresville, charged with felony speeding to elude arrest, littering, speeding, hit and run with property damage, and reckless driving with wanton disregard.

JUNE 30
♦ Andrey Mincey, 29, of E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Rennel Jeffrey Parson, 33, of Hathaway Lane, Mooresville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury and misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ Kim Shavuo, 60, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with larceny, misdemeanor conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny.
