The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
NOVEMBER 1
♦ Antonio Paredes Diaz, 32, of Muellens Circle, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 3
♦ Jamarien Ty Shaun Bacchus, 20, of Red Shed Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Artem Semeniuk, 28, address unknown, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ David Vladimir Manzenko, 32, of Domain Drive, Jacksonville, Fla., charged with possess or manufacture fraudulent ID, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 4
♦ Juan Cipriano Flores-Padilla, 25, of Sharpe Street, Mooresville, charged with insurance fraud.
NOVEMBER 5
♦ Joshua Manuel Lopez, 31, of Jasmine Circle, Troutman, charged with habitual larceny, misdemeanor larceny and misdemeanor shoplifting.
NOVEMBER 6
♦ Timothy Joe Grubb, 43, of Nantucket Court, Mooresville, charged with arson and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Kanye Katreal Hester, 19, of Unity Drive, Statesville, charged with indecent liberties with a child and statutory rape of a child.
NOVEMBER 7
♦ Christopher Cornelius Caldwell, 37, of Wilson Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with soliciting a child by computer.
♦ Zevan Kyle Uy, 25, of University City Boulevard, Charlotte, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, credit card fraud and financial identity theft.
NOVEMBER 8
♦ Erik Brian Luhrs, 33, of Barry Oak Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Christopher Alan Moose, 38, of Lindsey Farm Road, Stony Point, charged with obtaining property by false pretense and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.
NOVEMBER 10
♦ William Spencer Hickam, 26, of Pinnacle Cross Drive, Huntersville, charged with assault by strangulation, breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, common law robbery, misdemeanor interfering with emergency communications, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor domestic violence.
♦ Joshua Juston Seibles, 41, of Catherine Simmons Avenue, Statesville, charged with speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor failure to report an accident, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 11
♦ Antoine Donnel Dennard, 29, of Kodiak Court, Charlotte, charged with possession of a weapon by a felon, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Tyre Lamont Flowe, 19, of Piccone Brook Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession of a weapon by a felon, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Cody Allen Mortensen, 37, of Clay Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 12
♦ Ronnie Eugene Cowan, 65, of Ashe Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, a felony drug offense and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Vyronte Isaiah Walker, 29, of Brunswick Street, Mooresville, charged with assaulting emergency personnel, breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor assault on a government employee.
NOVEMBER 13
♦ Samuel Earl Carter, 34, of Forester Street, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property valued at more than $10,000 by false pretenses.
NOVEMBER 14
♦ Brian Lee Walters, 54, of Genesis Place, Cleveland, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
NOVEMBER 15
♦ Deondrea Lamarcus Taylor, 28, of Sunridge Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, altering or destroying evidence, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
