Registration is now underway for the 15th Annual Turkey Trot 5K, a family-friendly way to kick off the Thanksgiving holiday while making a meaningful impact in our community.
All proceeds benefit The Christian Mission, which provides food, clothing, housing assistance, case management, and educational programs to over 4,000 local individuals and families in need.
The event, which also includes a fun run for kids, is scheduled for Thursday, November 27, in Downtown Mooresville.

Note: No race-day registration or bib pickup on race day after 8:30 a.m.

Location: 919 N Main Street, Mooresville
Packet Pickup: Pick up your race packet early to avoid race-day lines and explore The Christian Mission’s impact firsthand.
♦ Monday, November 24: 12 to 7 p.m.
♦ Tuesday, November 25: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
♦ Wednesday, November 26: 9 a.m. to 12 noon

♦ 8 a.m.: Participant Arrival
♦ 8:30 a.m.: Kids Fun Run (½ mile for ages 10 & under)
♦ 9 a.m.: 5K Start
Swag & Awards
The Top 3 Overall Male & Female finishers receive running store gift cards.
Top 3 finishers in each age category will take home a festive little Turkey Trot treat.
Register by November 1 to receive a race T-shirt designed by Freeman Screen Printers.
