The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

OCTOBER 1
♦ Cecilia Denise Winstead, 42, of N. Oakland Avenue, Statesville, charged with assault on a law enforcement officer or probation or parole officer inflicting physical injury.

OCTOBER 7
♦ Erik Brian Luhrs, 33, of Barry Oak Road, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or place for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and possession with intent to sell of deliver marijuana.

OCTOBER 8
♦ Lamerick Deshon Blackell, 43, of Westwood Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.

OCTOBER 11
♦ Cory Jerome Poston, 50, of Morland Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine.

OCTOBER 14
♦ Nazmija Muja, 39, of no fixed address charged with possession of methamphetamine.
