The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 2
♦ Desteni Akira Fisher, 38, of Murray Hill Road, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure.

SEPTEMBER 3
♦ Nathaniel Scott Dixon, 31, of Davie Avenue, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

SEPTEMBER 5
♦ Leigh Ann Smilie, 52, of Ivey Oswalt Road, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

SEPTEMBER 6
♦ Aeneas Michael Merchant, 31, of Caldwell Street, Statesville, charged with flee or elude arrest with a motor vehicle.

SEPTEMBER 10
♦ Adair Roman McAllister, 51, of no fixed address charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Marchelle Antionette Bailey, 38, of no fixed address charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance in jail.
