During a search of Davidson’s residence, CRT members seized 181 grams of marijuana, a 9mm handgun equipped with an aftermarket switch making it fully automatic, digital scales, ammunition, U.S. currency, and other drug-related paraphernalia.
Davidson was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon of mass destruction, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was transported to the Iredell County Jail, where he was taken before a magistrate and held without bond due to being out on bond for prior charges.
