Pharos Parenting will present its 2025 Stand-Up for Good charity comedy show at The Cain Center in Cornelius on August 16. This year’s performers include touring comedian Andy Forrester from Raleigh and opener Nevin Sharma from Winston-Salem.

The event, which begins at 8 p.m. at the Cain Center for the Arts, located at 21348 Catawba Avenue in Cornelius, will showcase comedy that steers clear of politics and inappropriate content.

Ticket prices begin at $25. VIP packages, which feature access to a private bar and a meet and greet with comedian Andy Forrester before the show, are available. Tickets are available at CainArts.org and PharosParenting.org.

All proceeds from the comedy show will benefit Pharos Parenting’s efforts in North Mecklenburg.

Stand-Up for Good is one of Pharos Parenting’s annual major fundraisers alongside their FORE! Child Abuse Prevention Golf Tournament in October and Kids at Heart Luncheon in February.
