Tickets are now available for Statesville Dance’s 5th Annual Recital, which is set for May 17-18 at Mac Gray Auditorium. Show times are 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. each day.

This year’s theme, “Rewind to the 80’s,” promises to be a high-energy celebration packed with throwback fun, vibrant music, and unforgettable performances across four totally rad shows.

Attendees are encouraged to join in on the 80’s fun by dressing in their favorite retro looks — leg warmers, neon, big hair and all! A Best Dressed Guest Contest will take place during recital weekend, adding to the excitement and community spirit.

“Our 5th year has been such a monumental milestone for us,” said Haley Price, marketing manager at Statesville Dance. “We’ve grown our dance family, expanded our studio, and made a strong mark in the competitive dance world. We can’t wait to showcase our dancers’ hard work and passion on stage for our wonderful community.”

Mac Gray Auditorium is located at 474 N. Center Street on the campus of Statesville High School.
