Thanks to the generosity of thousands of donors across Iredell County, the United Way of Iredell County’s 2024–2025 annual giving campaign has reached 94 percent of its fundraising goal.
In a year marked by both uncertainty and increasing need, the outpouring of support from individuals, businesses, and organizations across our community has been nothing short of inspiring.
Contributions in the 2024-2025 campaign so far have totaled $863,826. The goal is $925,342.
The 2023-2024 campaign raised a total of $910,852.
United Way officials expressed their appreciation on behalf of the 57 local nonprofit organizations that have received funding from United Way during the current fiscal year—and the tens of thousands of individuals served by these vital programs.
“I’ve served on the volunteer community review team for several years,” 2024–25 Campaign Chair Jeff Bardoni shared. “Each year, we visit and listen to nonprofit agencies requesting support from our United Way. That experience has shown me just how many people in our community are facing unexpected hardships. Many of these needs are temporary and can be overcome with a little bit of help — exactly the kind of help that United Way provides.”
As the campaign enters its final month, United Way of Iredell County invites everyone to consider joining this impactful effort. Every contribution—large or small—helps build a healthier, stronger, and more resilient community.
