A large crowd gathered in Downtown Statesville on Sunday afternoon to celebrate the grand opening of the Statesville Historical Collection in its new home in the Holland Building, located at 117 South Center Street.

    This is an amazing addition to Statesville. A huge labor of love that we and our children and grandchildren will be able to enjoy in order to better know our roots. I can hardly imagine the amount of organization needed to sort out ALL these photos. Thank you, Dr. Hill.
