The Mooresville Downtown Commission (MDC) is excited to announce that the fifth annual Downtown Mooresville Shamrocks & Shenanigans event will be held on Saturday, March 14, from 3 to 8 p.m. This festival is the signature St. Paddy’s event of the Mooresville – Lake Norman region.

This event is organized by the MDC. Live music stage is brought to you in partnership with 158 on Main and Waves Entertainment.

The event will showcase live music by Pluto for Planet, authentic entertainment from the Connick School of Irish Dance and the Mooresville Fire-Rescue Pipes & Drums band, plus multiple food trucks with Irish-themed menus and loads of family activities along Broad and Main streets in the heart of the social district.

The event is free to attend; tickets are only required to participate in the bar crawl, which includes nine festive tastings, a celebratory St. Patrick’s scarf, and event pins. Tickets are $25 in advance or $30 at event gate (until sold out). Advance purchase tickets must be redeemed by 6 p.m. on March 14 at the check-in location, near the corner of Main Street and Moore Avenue.

Participating locations for festive tastings include 158 on Main; 202 North Main Fine Wines, Cocktails, Live Music & More; Dive Bar Mooresville; Dulcet & Delish; Famous Toastery Downtown; High Branch Brewing Mooresville; Murto Made Distillery Mooresville; On Tap Crafty Brews; and Stardust Cellars. In addition, many small businesses will be open for extended hours and will be offering St. Paddy’s-themed treats and deals.
