The Full Bloom Film Festival invites the community to a special screening of “The Banshees of Inisherin” on Tuesday, March 10. The screening, which begins at 6 p.m., will be held at he Iredell Arts Council, located at 203 South Meeting Street in Statesville.

Set on a remote island off the coast of Ireland, the Oscar-winning film follows the sudden breakdown of a lifelong friendship and the darkly comic, deeply human consequences that unfold. Acclaimed for its sharp writing, unforgettable performances, and thoughtful exploration of isolation and pride, “The Banshees of Inisherin” offers audiences both laughter and reflection on the complexities of human relationships.

This screening is part of the Full Bloom Film Festival’s Film Series, which brings acclaimed films to Downtown Statesville while building excitement for the 2026 Full Bloom Film Festival, which is scheduled for September 10-12.
