Iredell-Statesville Schools on Thursday announced plans for a series redistricting open houses. With the opening of Weathers Creek High School and Parkertown Elementary School on the horizon, district officials are reworking district boundaries for several schools. The new schools are set to open in time for the 2027-2028 years. 

Open House Schedule

♦ Tuesday, March 24: South Iredell High School, 6 to 8 p.m.
♦ Wednesday, April 1: Lake Norman High School, 6 to 8 p.m.
♦ Tuesday, April 14: The Unity Center, 6 to 8 p.m.

During these drop-in events, participants can explore maps showing the new boundaries, provide feedback, and ask questions.

The potential new boundaries may impact families in the current Coddle Creek Elementary, Cool Spring Elementary, East Iredell Elementary, Lake Norman High, Shepherd Elementary, South Iredell High, Troutman Elementary, and Woodland Heights Elementary boundaries.
