The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
APRIL 2
♦ Jessica Nichole Borders, 32, of Desiree Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and possession with intent to sell or deliver a counterfeit controlled substance.
♦ Faith Ulyta Viola Davis, 30, of no fixed address, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Curtis Franklin Gregory, 42, of Wood Bridge Road, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor domestic violence, two counts of misdemeanor attempted assault in a minor’s presence, misdemeanor assault on a female, and two counts of misdemeanor child abuse.
♦ Michael Kevin Kane, 56, of Big Indian Loop, Mooresville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Joshua Tyler Smith, 37, of Big Indian Loop, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, trafficking methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
APRIL 3
♦ Chakrisis La’Richard Ramseur, 25, of Hill Street, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
APRIL 4
♦ Richard Casey Cornette, 50, of River Hill Road, Statesville, charged with second-degree kidnapping, assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor domestic violence.
♦ Kenneth Lewis Massey, 35, of no fixed address, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury
APRIL 5
♦ Brian Lowell Dalton, 53, of Arrowbrook Road, Harmony, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Mitchell Alaine Lytle, 37, of Shamrock Drive, Charlotte, charged with felony probation violation, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.
♦ Kenneth Lewis Massey, 35, of no fixed address, charged with possession of a dangerous weapon in prison and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
APRIL 6
♦ Marquis Quone Davis, 46, of Twisted Pine Avenue, Las Vegas, charged with fail to register as a sex offender.
APRIL 7
♦ Candice Marie Daniel, 24, of Brookshire and Wallace Lane, Taylorsville, charged with breaking or entering and larceny.
♦ Michael Ray Elam, 46, of Coolwood Drive, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering and larceny.
♦ Jamar Rahmel Robinson, 38, of Fayetteville Avenue, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor assault on a female.
APRIL 8
♦ Donald Wayne Church Jr., 27, of Mock Mill Road, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
