The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
FEBRUARY 26
♦ Torrance Jermaine Carter, 37, of Walnut Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jean Terrell Holloway, 22, of West McClelland Avenue, Mooresville, charged with conspiracy and felony probation violation.
♦ John Robert Southard, 35, of Olin Loop, Olin, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Cornelius Cooper Stanley, 35, of Lake Norman RV Park, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
FEBRUARY 27
♦ Mark Anthony Westmoreland, 38, Hope Valley Lane, Greensboro, charged with identity theft and misdemeanor shoplifting.
FEBRUARY 28
♦ Joseph Ray Lockamy, 36, of Porter Road, Statesville, charged with interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
♦ Devarian Lemon Nichols, 36, of Abendego Road, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and four misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Chakiris LeGeorge Ramsey, 44, of Weathers Creek Road, Troutman, charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver schedule I, II and IV controlled substances, possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a felon.
MARCH 2
♦ Marcellus Anquan Steele, 24, of N. Criage Street, Salisbury, charged with interfering with an electronic monitoring device, and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
MARCH 3
♦ Ralph David Bellamy, 35, of Bancroft Lane, Statesville, charged with two counts of assault inflicting serious injury on a law enforcement officer, two counts misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
♦ Jade Tyson Brannon, 50, of Linwood Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, first-degree burglary, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun and misdemeanor communicating threats.

♦ James Francis Ciccarelli, 56, of Hyde Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Jordan Tyrell McClelland, 22, of Chantilly Lane, Statesville, charged with interfering with an electronic monitoring device.
MARCH 5
♦ Devin Lee Bates, 39, of Trailway Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Clifford Dale Billings, 45, of E. Memorial Highway, Harmony, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Sarah Faith Davis, 28, of Kensington Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Joshua Shannon Sweet, 48, of Alma Drive, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
