The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 2
♦ Dee Alex Kiser, 27, of Lee Point, Terrell, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 3
♦ Christopher Dane Black, 37, of Cheryls Pass Circle, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 4
♦ Malcom James Atterholt, 20, of Mallardwood Drive, Mount Ulla, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Todd Lee Hefner, 36, of Friendship Church Road, Taylorsville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Kenneth Douglas Lawrence Jr., 35, of Linkside Court, Lenoir, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 5
♦ Dirquas Ktavis Ellis, 33, of Jasmine Circle, Troutman, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and possession of a stolen vehicle.

♦ Maurice Antoine Johnson, 43, of 5th Street, Statesville, charged with fail to register as a sex offender.

♦ Craig Steven Mason, 59, of Staffordshire Drive, Statesville, charged with five counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and discharging a firearm into occupied property.

JANUARY 6
♦ Arthur Thomas Hemingway, 77, of Mallardwood Drive, Mount Ulla, charged with fail to register as a sex offender and violation of residence limitation by sex offender.

♦ Ernest William Holland, 68, of Chestnut Grove Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Zachi Aman Langston, 22, of Bruce Street, Norfolk, Va., charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Julio Joe Meyers, 19, of Wild Farm Road, Statesville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor probation violation.

JANUARY 7
♦ Miles Reid Morgan, 34, of Community Park Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of statutory rape of a child and three counts of indecent liberties with children.

♦ Mark Anthony Westmoreland, 40, of Hope Valley Lane, Greensboro, charged with identity theft and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

JANUARY 8
♦ Michael James Bulkley, 48, of Eufola Road, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ James Bryant Caudill, 55, of Travis Road, Conover, charged with larceny.

♦ Kenny Aaron Talley, 40, of Bringle Ferry Road, Salisbury, charged with manufacture a schedule III controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.
