The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 22
♦ Breanna Amber Garcia, 31, of no fixed address charged with conspiracy to sell narcotics, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.

JANUARY 23
♦ David Arthur Howse, 68, of E. Lackey Farm Road, Stony Point, charged with first-degree burglary, larceny after breaking and entering and misdemeanor injury to personal property.

♦ Jermaine Louis Scott, 41, of Jordan Crest Lane, Stony point, charged with kidnapping, crime against nature, two counts of statutory sex offense with child 15 or younger, and indecent liberties with children.

♦ Baiden Leroy Suddarth, 23, of Archer Road, Salisbury, charged with possession of methamphetamine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Heather Nicole Williams, 40, of E. Lackey Farm Road, Stony Point, charged with first-degree burglary, larceny after breaking and entering and misdemeanor injury to personal property.

JANUARY 24
♦ Michael Richard Flake, 39, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with larceny by servant or employee.

JANUARY 28
♦ Daniel Lee Busque, 48, of N. Barkley Road, Statesville, charged with fail to report sex offender noncompliance.

♦ Michael Shane McGinty, 51, of Old Mountain Road, Statesville, charged with fail to register as a sex offender.

♦ Steven Robert Emanuel Medica, 31, of McCarran Trail, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.

JANUARY 29
♦ Jennifer Danielle Cooper, 41, of Kilmer Lane, Mooresville, charged with assault inflicting serious injury on emergency personnel.

♦ Katherine Elizabeth Janvrin, 35, of Northwestern Drive, Morganton, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.

♦ Derrick Lamont Murdock Jr., 33, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
