The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
FEBRUARY 2
♦ Rebecca Ann Johnston, 32, of Amity Hill Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
FEBRUARY 4
♦ Mary Heather Bartley, 51, of Kase Court, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance, habitual larceny, misdemeanor shoplifting, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Kristian Charriez-Aviles, 40, of Dakota Street, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
FEBRUARY 6
♦ Mason Lee Plyler, 18, of Louise Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
FEBRUARY 7
♦ James David Branch, 42, of Portestown Way, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen property and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Kyle Tevis Varney, 35, of Overcash Road, Troutman, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
FEBRUARY 10
♦ Joshua William Fields, 40, of Cove View, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Kimberly Michelle London, 35, of N. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with larceny.
FEBRUARY 11
♦ Jonathon Cedric Battle, 40, of no fixed address charged with being a fugitive from justice and misdemeanor second-degree trespass.
FEBRUARY 13
♦ Milliard Joseph Wood IV, 21, of Sweet Martha Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
FEBRUARY 14
♦ Amontae Eldred White, 22, of E. Pressley Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance at or near a park, maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substance, possession of a weapon by a felon, escape, misdemeanor reckless driving, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor drug offense.
