The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

FEBRUARY 18
♦ Anthony Benjamin Church, 51, of Spring Lake Drive, Charlotte, charged with habitual impaired driving and 46 motor vehicle infractions.

♦ Elijah Dewayne Parrott, 21, of Gilden Way, Mooresville, charged with kidnapping and misdemeanor assault.

FEBRUARY 19
♦ Eric Maurice Caldwell, 58, of Cedar Street, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Rohan Viresh Taskar, 23, of Tradition View Drive, Charlotte, charged with sale or deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy to possess with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver cocaine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

FEBRUARY 21
♦ Adajeon Mehki Magazine-Izzard, 26, of Spring Crest Court, Charlotte, charged with six counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, sale or delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of trafficking in amphetamines, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor possession of fraudulent ID, two misdemeanor drug offenses, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor harassing phone calls.

♦ Samantha Lee Manion, 27, of W. Adams Boulevard, Los Angeles, Calif., charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, three counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, sell or deliver controlled substances, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, two counts of trafficking in amphetamines and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Braston Obrian Parsons, 33, of Raleigh Pearson Drive, Taylorsville, charged with larceny from a merchant, conspiracy and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

FEBRUARY 22
♦ Nazir Cartrell Lowe, 20, of Carpenters Circle, Salisbury, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

♦ Tyler Christian Mills, 21, of Lamoille Lane, Charlotte, charged with speeding to elude arrest.

FEBRUARY 23
♦ Samatre D. Jones, 35, of Capital Avenue, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor domestic violence.
Isaac Jacob White, 21, of Piedmont Pointe Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

FEBRUARY 24
♦ Lyric Jayla Schenck, 21, of David Taylor Drive, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.

FEBRUARY 25
♦ Christopher Maurice Murphy, 39, of Main Street, Troutman, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, two misdemeanor drug offenses, two counts of misdemeanor child abuse and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

FEBRUARY 26
♦ Isaiah James Gendreau, 29, of Carriage Club Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Joshua Dewone Wilson, 29, of Pond View Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, common law robbery, two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and two counts of financial identity fraud.

FEBRUARY 27
♦ Marquis Labron Smith, 31, of E 7th Street, Charlotte, charged with discharging a firearm in an enclosure, two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, two counts of conspiracy, misdemeanor discharging a firearm in city limits, and misdemeanor injury to real property.

FEBRUARY 28
♦ Zachary Allen Tenney, 33, of Sun Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
