The recipients are Maureen Moore, Anne Ellenburg, Scarlett Chapman, Norman Hope and Tommy Ray Chapman.

The Paul Harris Fellow award is a recognition from Rotary International honoring individuals for significant contributions, either a cumulative donation of $1,000 or more to The Rotary Foundation (funding humanitarian projects) or for exemplary “Service Above Self” in their communities. Recipients receive a certificate, a distinctive pin, and sometimes a medallion, symbolizing commitment to global peace, understanding, and Rotary’s mission

Rotary is a global organization of service-oriented business and professional leaders who volunteer their time and talents to improve their communities and the world. Its mission is to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace by promoting service, a high standard in all worthy vocations, and the application of the ideal of “service above self.”
