SPD Felony Arrests: January 5-17

The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 5
♦ Janiyah Unique Allison, 21, of Lakeview Drive, Statesville, charged with larceny by servants and other employees.

♦ Charles Smith Jr., 34, of E. Broad Street, Statesville, charged with maintaining a Vehice or Dwelling for controlled substances; and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Ahsan Asalic Neilan, 27, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana.

JANUARY 9
♦ Torres Alexis Gonzalez, 21, of Brown Summit Avenue, Statesville, charged with second-degree forcible sexual offense, statutory rape of person who is 15 or younger (more than four but
less than six years older.

♦ Jaden Saadiq Wilson, 18, of Woodleaf Road, Salisbury, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury; attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon; and first-degree kidnapping.

JANUARY 10
♦ Avery Obryant Barker, 28, of Oak Grove Road, Statesville, charged with felony possession of marijuana; maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances; possession of a firearm by a felon; and possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana.

♦ William Joshua Crawley, 35, of Hewitt Road, Claremont, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance; and possession of methamphetamine.

JANUARY 13
♦ Christopher Neil Tomlin, 33, of S. Old Charlotte Road W, Concord, charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances and possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Kristen Marie Bolch, 41, of E. Broad Street, Statesville, charged with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for controlled substances.

JANUARY 15
♦ Jamel Thurston Connor, 37, of Harvest Point Drive, Statesville, charged with flee or elude arrest with a motor vehicle.

JANUARY 16
♦ Franklin Casey Deal, 39, of Elmwood Road, Statesville, charged with larceny; habitual larceny; and obtaining property by false pretenses.

JANUARY 17
♦ Darren Wesley Ikerd, 48, of Taylorsville Road, Leoir, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Donald Wayne Church Jr., 27, of Mock Mill Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
