A’reilah Elaine Shontae Moss was born in Iredell County on April 9, 2025, and was the infant daughter of Austin Moss and Aliyah Jones. She departed this life unexpectedly on Monday, July 21, 2025. 

She leaves to cherish the memories of her life her father, Austin Moss; her mother, Aliyah Jones; her sister, Janelle Jones; her brother, Austin Moss Jr.; her paternal grandmother, Beverly Moss; her maternal grandmother, Sabrina Reid; her maternal grandfather, Phillip Jones; her paternal great grandmother, Dara Moss; her maternal great grandfather, Dennis Cornelius; her aunts and uncles, Decree Moss, Phillip Jones III, Michael Jones, Samar’e Reid, Jaylen Jones, Nadia Chambers and Preston Chambers Jr.; and a host of cousins, great aunts, great uncles, other relatives and dear friends.
