Barbara Mae Buehner, 89, of Stony Point, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at her home. She was born July 29, 1935, in Medina County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clarence Huff and Betty Zenk Huff.

Barbara was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed traveling, baking, sewing, and spending time with family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Fred Buehner; her sisters, Anna Mae Hatch and Susan Huff; her brothers, Clarence “Bud” Huff, Jack Huff, and Ronald Huff; and a son-in-law, Bill Simon.

Those left to cherish and honor Barbara’s memory include her daughters, Susan Simon and Babette Buehner both of Stony Point, N.C.; her sons, Joseph Buehner of Lower Salem, Ohio, and Michael Buehner (Jackie) of Wadsworth, Ohio; 21 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; her sister, Rita Tanner (Larry) of Elyria, Ohio; her brothers, Richard Huff of Hinckle, Ohio, and Robert Huff (Jackie) of Strongsville, Ohio; and many other relatives.
