Brenda Ann Sinclair Westmoreland, 77, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2025, at the Gordon Hospice House in Statesville. She was born June 10, 1948, in Iredell County, to the late James Bennett “Benny” Sinclair and Pauline Christenberry Sinclair.

Brenda was employed with Draymore Manufacturing and Beacon Sweets before her retirement. She enjoyed shopping, watching Hallmark movies, and listening to gospel music. She loved eating at different restaurants with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. Brenda loved being with her family and especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James “Butch” Turner Sinclair.

Brenda is survived by her sons, Tony Westmoreland and Gary Westmoreland (Shirley); and her grandchildren, Mason and Gavin Westmoreland.

Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday, June 28, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
