With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Dominique Sade Patterson, who departed this life on August 11, 2025, at the age of 39. Dominique was born on November 28, 1985, to Diwatha Antoinette Patterson and Kenneth William Imes. She grew up surrounded by love and family, and throughout her life, she touched the hearts of everyone she encountered with her kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to those she loved.

Dominique was a devoted mother, and her greatest joy in life came from raising and cherishing her children, De’Asia Sade Patterson, Curtis Bishop Bryant, and Albrey Sade Patterson. She poured her heart into motherhood, ensuring her children knew they were deeply loved and supported.

She will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Diwatha Antoinette Patterson and Kenneth William Imes; her aunts and uncles, Carla Patterson, Eric (Catherine) Patterson, Anthony Imes, Michael Imes, and Sharon Murdock; her siblings, Greg Patterson, Keith Torrence, Kendreon Imes, David Little, Patrice Torrence, Tiffany Lyons, and Chakena Sharpe; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who were blessed by her warm spirit and radiant smile.

She was preceded in death by her aunts and uncles, Regina Summers, Johnny Ray Imes, Melvin Imes, and Louise Turner; and her brother, Kensley Imes.

Dominique held a special place in her heart for her cousins Nikki (James) McRae and Shakia (David) Rucker, as well as her dear friend, Donna (Andre) McCullough. Their bond was one of love, loyalty, and shared memories that will be cherished forever.

Dominique will be remembered for her infectious laugh, her compassionate nature, and her unwavering love for her family. Though her time here was far too short, her impact will live on through the lives she touched. Her legacy is one of love, family, and faith, and those who knew her will forever carry her spirit in their hearts.
