Mrs. Dovie Lou Phillips Logan, 70, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. She was born February 5, 1946, the daughter of the late Roscoe Phillips and Sally Mosley. She was married to James Logan, who preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish the memories of her life her son, Thomas (Zina) Phillips of the home; three brothers, Jerry Phillips and Marshall, both of Connecticut, and Ronnie Phillips of Florida; two sisters, Sheila Phillips of Connecticut and Nancy Shuford of Statesville; and a host of nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
