Eddie Eugene Lowery III, 31, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at the S. Mitchell Mack Hospice House surrounded by his loving family and friends.

He was born on December 3, 1993, in Statesville, N.C., to Eddie Eugene Lowery II and Angie Wray Andrews. Eddie was a graduate of Mooresville Christian Academy. He was employed with Carolina Septic Pro. Eddie enjoyed working out and bodybuilding, and he earned his brown belt in Karate. He also enjoyed fishing, baseball, bowling, skateboarding, and hanging with his friends, who were more like family.

Eddie was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, “Paw” Edward E. Lowery Sr.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Eddie and Michelle Lowery; mother and stepfather, Angie and Preston Andrews; his Granny-mom, Linda Gail Lowery; maternal grandparents, Bobby and Sam Wray; brothers, Tony Lowery, Bobby Lowery, Bradly London, Erich Hudson, and Thomas England; sister, Shayanne England; aunt/Mom, Lisa Harwood (David); aunts, Amy Wray, Bobbie Jo Fry (Corey); cousins, Landon Harwood, Travis Harwood, and Veah Harwood; bros, Lizzy Heggen and Gage Martin; girlfriend, Maureen Rhodes; numerous other family members and friends; and his adored fur baby, Lilly.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel, Mooresville, with Pastor Jack Haynes officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Memorial Park, Mooresville.
