Greel Eugene Privette, 69, passed way Friday, June 20, 2025. He was born In Iredell County, N.C., on January 29, 1956, to Greel Privette and Rachel Moore Privette.

Greel served honorably in the United States Army. Later, he lived in New Jersey, where he worked as a taxi driver and delivery driver. In his spare time, he enjoyed being outdoors and tending his garden. He also enjoyed spending time with friends playing various video games.

He was preceded death by his mother, Rachel Moore Privette.

Left to cherish his memory are his father, Greel Privette; daughter, Leah Faye; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
