Jane Christine Gilliland, 86, entered the house of the Lord on November 7, 2025. She walked closely with the Lord throughout her life. Her life was a testament to her Christian faith.

Jane was preceded in death by her son, Mike Gilliland; her sisters, Sally Baker and Alisa Bennett; her brothers, Larry Williams and Steve Baker; and her mother, Edna McClure.

She is survived by her daughter Melinda Gilliland; her son Donnie Gilliland; her grandchildren, Justin James (Michael), Brandy Redman (Victor), Rick James, Bryan Gilliland (Hannah), and Kelly Murdoch (Nathan); and numerous great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Ron Williams (Ellen), and sisters Bobbi Provost (Ron) and Carmel Lee Chamberlin (Allan), along with nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

There will be a celebration of life at Houston Road Baptist Church on Saturday, November 15, at 2 p.m. There will be a visitation after the service in the fellowship hall of the church.
