Jane Ellen Brauer Delisle Molle, 71, of Mooresville, N.C., and formerly of Cornelius, N.C., passed away peacefully on June 30, 2025, at her residence, her spirit forever cherished by those who knew and loved her.
Born on May 13, 1954, in Queens, N.Y., she was the beloved daughter of the late Alfred Frank Brauer and Barbara Ellen Crowder Brauer. Throughout her life, Jane was the embodiment of nurturing and compassion. She dedicated her career to childcare, beginning as a caregiver and nanny before becoming an activities director at a nursing home facility, where her laughter and warmth brought joy to countless lives.
Jane’s legacy is one of love and devotion to those around her, especially her family.
She was preceded in death by her cherished grandson, Isaac Timothy Delisle, who will be welcomed in spirit as she reunites with him.
Jane leaves behind her loving husband, John Gregory Molle; her children, Melinda Delisle, Spencer Delisle, Jolene O’Toole, and Pearce Delisle; her stepdaughter, Aimee Molle; as well as her brother, Randy Brauer, and sister, Christine DeMers. The light of her life will continue to shine through her eight grandchildren, Zachary Clark, Benjamin Clark, Eliana Jane Delisle, Jacob Spencer Delisle, Ryleigh Grace Delisle, Emerson Reese O’Toole, Foster Pearce O’Toole and Aurelie Stafford.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at the Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel in Mooresville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, allowing all to share in their reflections and memories of Jane. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Glenwood Memorial Park, ensuring that her spirit remains close to those she loved.
In this time of mourning, the family invites all who knew Jane to celebrate her life, remembering her kindness and the joy she brought to everyone around her.
