Lisa Ann Bouchard-Hyde, 52, of Mooresville, N.C.,, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025, at Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, at the Chapel of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home, Mooresville, with Chaplain Eddie Karriker officiating.
