Michael “Todd” Hunsucker, 60, of Mooresville, N.C., passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Gordon Hospice House in Statesville, N.C. He was born May 6, 1965, in Mooresville to the late Larry Spencer Hunsucker and Carol Wilhelm Hunsucker Wallace.

Todd was in construction, working as a painter, roofer, etc. He enjoyed scooting around town on his moped. He also loved to go fishing as much as he could.

Todd is survived by his stepfather, Billy Wallace; daughter, Britny Hunsucker; sisters, Rhonda Waters and Amy Hill (Avery); stepsisters, Diane Lambert and Gail Bowman; brother, Jeremy Wallace (Stacey); and stepbrother, Gary Wallace; grandchildren, Payton and Adalei, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Todd’s Life will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the Chapel of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home with Rev. Sylvia Wilhelm officiating. Visitation for family and friends will follow the service.
