Charles David Lippard, 68, of Charlotte, N.C., passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center. He was born September 11, 1957, in Mecklenburg County, the son of the late William Darryl Lippard Sr. and Patsy Ruth Graham Lippard.

Charles proudly served in the United States Coast Guard and was of the Christian faith. He worked for Frito-Lay in Charlotte for 30 years. He loved to fish and play golf. He enjoyed family get-togethers and eating mother’s cooking.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Darryl Lippard Jr.

Those left to cherish and honor Charles’s memories include his daughter, Amanda Lippard; his sisters, Patricia Lynne Brigman (Claude), and Ann McCloud (Jim); his brother, Michael Lippard (Michelle); and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Stony Point Global Methodist Church Cemetery.
