Charles Richard Dobbins, 79, of Statesville, N.C., passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2026.

He was born on July 9, 1946, in Mecklenburg County, N.C., to the late Charles and Mary Lou Houser Dobbins.

No services will be held at this time.
